Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with compensation analysis and/or planning.
• 1 year of SCA regulations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review corporate compensation packages and plans for upgrades to align with industry standards.
• Provide day-to-day support for assigned HR programs, processes, and services.
• Prepare reports, audits, and documentation to support HR operations and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with maintaining HR process guides and streamline processes with new tools/resources.
