Qualifications

• 1 year of SCA regulations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional HR support across multiple functional areas.
• Review compensation packages to align with industry standards.
• Support HR programs and processes on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare reports and documentation for HR operations and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to manager and employee inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain and update HR documents, trackers, and intranet pages.
• Assist with communications of HR policies and procedures.
• Support recognition programs and resolve conflicts using problem-solving skills.
