Hadrian is building the future of American manufacturing and seeks a Compensation Manager to own the compensation strategy and framework across hourly, salaried, GTM, and executive roles. You will design job architecture, run cycles, benchmarks, and equity programs while partnering with Recruiting, Finance, and leadership to stay ahead of the market.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in Torrance, CA with a competitive salary and growth opportunities as Hadrian expands its manufacturing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compensation experience with ownership of program design and comp cycles.
• Fundamentals of compensation, including job matching, market pricing, leveling, and job architecture.
• Experience building comp programs for hourly and salaried populations, including shift differentials and multi-state pay compliance.
• Benchmarking approaches and peer group selection that withstand scrutiny.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation strategy and philosophy for hourly, salaried, GTM, and executive roles.
• Build and maintain job architecture, leveling, and skills-based pay structures.
• Conduct market benchmarking and modeling with relevant peer groups.
• Set cadence for refreshing comp bands and ensure ranges stay market-aligned.
• Manage annual and off-cycle comp planning, including merit, promotion, and equity refresh.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on offer decisioning and tools guidance.
• Advise on sales and GTM compensation design, including OTE.
• Create dashboards and reporting to surface pay equity, offer competitiveness, and retention risk.
• Explain pay decisions clearly to executives and hiring managers.
