Job summary

Hadrian is hiring a Compensation Manager to own the compensation strategy, design job architecture, and build scalable pay structures across hourly, salaried, GTM, and executive roles. You will run benchmarking, refresh bands, and lead equity programs while partnering with Recruiting, Finance, and leadership to keep Hadrian ahead of the market.

You'll develop reporting on pay equity, offer competitiveness, and retention risk, translating complex models into executives' storytelling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compensation experience with program design ownership.
• Strong fundamentals in job matching, market pricing, leveling, and comp cycles.
• Experience designing comp programs for hourly and salaried roles, including GTM and executive.
• Ability to build benchmarking approaches and peer groups that withstand scrutiny.
• Fluent in Excel or Google Sheets for complex modeling and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation strategy and philosophy for hourly, salaried, GTM, and executive roles.
• Build job architecture, leveling, and skills-based pay structures.
• Conduct market benchmarking and modeling with appropriate peer groups.
• Refresh comp bands end-to-end as markets and sites change.
• Lead annual and off-cycle comp planning including merit, promotion, and equity refresh.
• Partner with Recruiting on offer guidance and quick, competitive offers.
• Advise on sales/GTM comp design and executive equity frameworks.
• Create dashboards and reports on pay equity, competitiveness, and retention risk.
• Translate compensation data into actionable narratives for leaders.
