Cooper University Health Care seeks a Compensation Analyst to support the administration of its compensation program and policies. This role acts as a trusted internal consultant to business partners and leaders on pay practices and participates in salary surveys to monitor market trends.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of compensation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.

2-4 years of Compensation experience. Knowledge and experience in other areas of Human Resources a plus. Hospital or healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, principally Excel, required.
Lawson and Crystal Reports experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Sr Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
