Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in benefits and compensation.
• CCP, PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evolve salary ranges and job classifications using market data and internal equity tools.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking for competitive programs.
• Develop and administer annual compensation processes including merit increases and incentives.
• Provide guidance on compensation philosophy, policies and best practices.
• Maintain salary structures, job families and leveling frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including pay equity.
