Job summary

Lesaffre, a leading global fermentation company, seeks a Compensation Analyst in Milwaukee to drive the integrity and competitiveness of our compensation programs, including job architecture, market benchmarking, and pay equity, while maintaining accurate HRIS data and compliance.

You’ll partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to explain complex structures, guide job evaluations, and align compensation strategies with talent and business goals, supporting a scalable, equitable framework

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of compensation analysis, job evaluation, or total rewards experience.
Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools (Mercer, Hayes, Payscale, or similar).
Experience with HRIS/Compensation modules (UKG, Workday, HRSoft, BetterComp, SAP, or similar).
Strong analytical and data management skills, with Excel proficiency and reporting tools like Tableau/Power BI.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Drive the integrity and competitiveness of compensation programs and pay equity.
Maintain accurate HRIS data and support compliance (FLSA, EEO).
Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and leaders to evaluate roles and align pay strategies.
Assist in market benchmarking, merit budgets, and salary reviews.
Generate compensation reports and support audits.
