Qualifications

• Natural relationship builder with strong follow-up skills.
• Experience in planning events like dinners, panels, or recruiting events.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Fluent in tech and/or finance with the ability to discuss with CFOs and founders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community and recruiting events end-to-end.
• Source and manage candidate pipelines.
• Enhance the candidate experience through personal outreach.
• Track KPIs for community and recruiting performance.
• Organize internal programming and events.
• Support the CEO on various cross-functional projects.
