Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Community Development, Human Services, Public Administration, Youth Development, or a related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in education, youth development, nonprofit leadership, community engagement, or related field.
• Experience coordinating collaborative initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Community School strategy and Community School Plan aligned with district priorities and established Community School practices.
• Coordinate needs and asset assessments, establish measurable goals, analyze data, and monitor continuous improvement efforts.
• Engage students, families, staff, and community partners in shared leadership and school improvement.
• Develop referral processes, coordinate partnerships, and monitor follow-up to ensure effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with school teams, counselors, administrators, and community providers to identify and remove barriers to student success.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive family engagement strategy and coordinate family engagement events.
