Job summary

C3 Wellbeing is seeking a Community Prevention Program Manager to lead multidimensional, grant-funded prevention initiatives across communities. You will manage program plans, budgets and reporting while coordinating with municipal leaders, schools, and public health partners.

The role emphasizes evidence-based strategies, data-informed decisions, and equity-focused practice. Strong collaboration and communication across diverse stakeholders are essential to advancing prevention priorities.

Qualifications

• BA in health and human services, public health, psychology or related field.
• Prior public health experience preferred and community engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation and continuous improvement of prevention programs using SPF framework.
• Coordinate multi-component grant-funded initiatives and ensure fidelity to evidence-based strategies.
• Build and support coalitions with municipal leaders, schools and public health entities.
• Develop and deliver prevention-focused training and outreach materials for diverse audiences.
• Design and evaluate targeted prevention campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms.
• Prepare progress reports, budgets, and grant narratives and ensure fiscal accountability.
