Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with evidence-based programs and/or prevention initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with community outreach, partnership development, and family engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee evidence-based prevention programs for children, youth, and families.
  • Ensure programs are implemented with fidelity and aligned with funding requirements.
  • Monitor program outcomes, participation, and overall effectiveness.
  • Support continuous quality improvement efforts and strategic program development.
  • Supervise and support program staff, facilitators, coordinators, and support personnel.
  • Provide coaching, leadership, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, mission-driven team environment.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to engage families in prevention programming.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with schools and community organizations.
  • Represent the organization at community events and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to increase program visibility and participation.
  • Assist in strategic planning initiatives related to prevention services and growth.
  • Analyze community needs and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Support grant-related goals, reporting, and sustainability.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and data reporting.
