Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Community Manager for the Hensley at the District property in Centennial, Colorado. The role oversees development initiatives, equity partnerships, and investor relations while leading a team and managing the budget to foster a strong sense of community.

Responsibilities include maintaining vendor and resident relations, optimizing occupancy and revenue, and implementing retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management.
• Experience utilizing Yardi, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Two years of management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rapport with vendors, residents, employees, equity partners, and construction personnel.
• Manage the property and supervise the staff in accordance with company policies.
• Professionally resolve tenant complaints and property concerns.
• Optimize occupancy and net revenues and operate the property in a cost-effective manner.
• Hire, train, and develop personnel.
• Establish and execute an effective resident retention plan, including renewals and managing lease expirations within an established ideal matrix.
• Establish and execute an effective marketing and occupancy plan.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and improved technology that will benefit the company and employees and assist in finding solutions.
