Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of related experience in financial institutions or equivalent.
• Experience in business development, outside sales, community engagement, or relationship management.
• Prior credit union or community banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a community involvement plan to grow membership, loans, and deposits.
• Build relationships with influential community decision makers and organizations.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to meet store sales and service goals.
• Coordinate community events and SEG partnerships; attend events to generate leads.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create a local social media strategy and campaigns.
• Maintain CRM records of prospecting and relationships and report metrics monthly.
