Job summary

The Motherless Mothers is seeking a Community Fundraising Manager to lead the development of its community fundraising program and empower individuals, schools, workplaces, and community groups to fundraise in creative and meaningful ways.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll develop campaigns, build partnerships, and coordinate campaigns with communications and partnerships teams to maximise fundraising opportunities and grow supporter engagement.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Leadership Team member, lead the development of TMM's community fundraising strategy.
• Create fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives that inspire supporters.
• Support individuals and groups who choose to fundraise for TMM.
• Develop fundraising resources, toolkits, and supporter communications.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, universities, and community organisations.
• Identify opportunities to grow regular giving and supporter engagement.
• Celebrate and recognise the achievements of TMM fundraisers.
• Work closely with communications and partnerships teams to maximise fundraising opportunities.
