Job summary

Moms First is seeking a senior fundraising leader to shape strategy, manage a lean three-person development team, and partner closely with CEO Reshma Saujani. You will cultivate major gifts, drive institutional funding, and expand the donor pipeline across foundations, corporations, and individuals.

In this role, you will own the strategy, briefs, and follow-up with donors, while building scalable systems and processes to grow revenue and impact for moms nationwide.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years driving revenue or growth at mission-driven organizations with fundraising focus.
• Track record of landing six- and seven-figure gifts or partnerships.
• Experience building programs or revenue lines from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Set fundraising goals and multi-year development plan with the CEO.
• Grow and manage a data-informed pipeline using Salesforce.
• Solicit and close gifts, esp. with institutional funders and corporate partners.
• Prepare CEO for donor meetings and develop compelling proposals.
• Build processes and metrics to enable a lean team to raise like a larger unit.
