Job summary

You will partner with HR, Manufacturing, R&D, and Public Affairs to align education programs with enterprise goals and advance skills-based hiring. You will design multi-year pathways, drive inclusive talent strategies, and manage external partnerships with universities, workforce boards, and communities.

Qualifications

• Required: knowledge of workforce development, public affairs, talent strategy, and program management.
• Experience with skills-based hiring, workforce analytics, and education partnerships is preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries and cross-functional influence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Ecosystem Leadership: Build partnerships with education and industry to advocate for shared-value initiatives.
• Long-Range Workforce Strategy: Design multi-year programs including apprenticeships and STEM exposure initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead HR, Manufacturing, R&D, and Communications to integrate community initiatives.
• Inclusive Talent Pathways: Promote skills-based hiring and inclusive career progression across manufacturing roles.
• Data-Driven Planning: Define KPIs and translate workforce data into actionable insights for leadership.
