Job summary

The City of Bothell is seeking a Management Analyst (Community Development) to develop, implement, and coordinate programs, projects, grants, and initiatives across the City’s Community Development Department.

You will provide analytical support for long-range and current planning, analyze land use, housing, and development trends, and report on performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making while collaborating with the Finance Department on budgets and expenditures.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate programs, projects, grants, and operational initiatives across all divisions within the Community Development Department.
• Provide analytical support for long-range and current planning initiatives, including Comprehensive Plan updates and implementation efforts.
• Analyze and report on land use, housing, and development trends by developing performance metrics, tracking key indicators, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and grant/project expenditure tracking.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, coordinate with stakeholders, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
