Job summary

The City of Bothell is seeking a Management Analyst to support the Community Development Department by advancing key projects, improving processes, and enhancing operational effectiveness. This role focuses on project coordination, grant management, budgeting, data analysis, and performance reporting to drive informed decisions.

The position will begin onsite for up to six months, with a potential transition to hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs and projects within municipal government.
• Experience managing grants and budgeting processes.
• Ability to analyze land use, housing trends, and performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate programs, projects, grants, and operational initiatives across the Community Development Department.
• Provide analytical support for long-range and current planning initiatives, including Comprehensive Plan updates.
• Analyze and report on land use, housing, and development trends with performance metrics.
