Job summary

The City of Bothell is seeking a Management Analyst to support the Community Development Department by advancing key projects, improving processes, and enhancing operational effectiveness. This role will focus on project coordination, grant management, budgeting, data analysis, and performance reporting to help drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Focus on developing, coordinating programs, grants, and operational initiatives across the Community Development Department.
• Provide analytical support for long-range and current planning initiatives, including Comprehensive Plan updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate programs, projects, grants, and operational initiatives across all divisions within the Community Development Department.
• Provide analytical support for long-range and current planning initiatives, including Comprehensive Plan updates and implementation efforts.
• Analyze and report on land use, housing, and development trends by developing performance metrics, tracking key indicators, and supporting data-driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and grant/project expenditure tracking.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, coordinate with stakeholders, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
