Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in communications or public affairs.
• Excellent writing, organization, and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with media, policy, and social platforms; comfortable with digital tools.
• Sound judgment, accountability, and growing client interaction confidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
• Draft client communications and status updates; anticipate needs.
• Participate in client calls, capture actionable notes, ensure follow-up.
• Coordinate project logistics, stakeholder engagements, events.
• Cultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, or policymakers.
• Support outreach across media, digital, and political channels.
• Monitor coverage, analyze sentiment, identify opportunities or risks.
• Develop clear written materials: press releases, talking points, op-eds, briefs, social content.
• Conduct media, policy, and market research to inform recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across solutions to deliver integrated work.
• Seek feedback and apply learnings to improve performance.
