Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions seeks a Communications Specialist – Skill Level 4 to develop messaging for the NGA workforce and craft senior-level talking points for diverse audiences. The role emphasizes clear, concise communication and alignment with the HD Strategic Plan.

The position is 100% onsite in Springfield, VA and requires TS/SCI clearance. You will support leadership with presentations, Q&A responses, and a range of corporate communication materials to advance strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations or communication.
• Experience with SharePoint and updating web content using electronic publishing tools (MS Office, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Experience using APA style writing and editing for professional materials.
• Experience planning and executing speaking events for senior leaders (General/Flag Officer, SES, or corporate equivalent) and crafting Q&A responses.
• At least 48 months of experience in communications strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Develop messages for potentially the entire NGA workforce.
• Craft senior messages and talking points for various target audiences.
• Implement the HD Strategic Plan.
• Provide presentation support to Office leadership, including message intent and tailored graphical concepts.
• Prepare and support Town Halls including Q&A responses.
• Create a wide range of corporate communication materials through written and verbal work.
