Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 9+ years experience with Bachelor's; 7+ with Master's; 4+ with PhD/JD.
• Experience in virtual and in-person events.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic and tactical communications plans.
• Identify effective channels and tools to engage diverse audiences and maximize reach and outcomes.
• Plan and develop digital communications products (newsletters, memos, articles, placemats, leadership messages).
• Support events including offsites, conferences, awards ceremonies, and all-hands meetings.
• Proactively research and propose creative alternatives to traditional communications.
• Measure the effectiveness of communications across methods.
