Job summary

• Experience working with executive‑level clients.
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity, and adaptability to changing client priorities.
• Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field.

Strategic Communications Specialist

This role involves building comprehensive overviews of client structure, operations, and outcomes; facilitating workshops with stakeholders; and delivering actionable recommendations to achieve desired organizational capabilities.

Location: San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic communications or project management.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or financial or cost analysis.
• Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

• 2+ years of experience in DoW, Navy, or Portfolio Acquisition Executive Mission Systems (PAE) organizations.
• Experience with process improvement or strategic planning.
• Experience with DoW Acquisition.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of DoW systems engineering.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations and teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
