Job summary

Phase2 Technology seeks a Strategic Communications Specialist in San Diego to analyze client operations and develop strategic roadmaps. You will build comprehensive overviews of client structure, operations, and outcomes, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, and deliver actionable recommendations to strengthen organizational capabilities.

The role requires 3+ years in strategic communications or project management, DoD/PAE-like experience, and secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic communications or project management.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or financial or cost analysis.
• Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience working with executive‑level clients.
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity, and adaptability to changing client priorities.
• Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field.
