Carle Health is seeking a Strategic Communications Coordinator to drive enterprise employee communications via the Carle Health communications platform. You will manage governance, audience rules and publishing workflows, partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate messages reach the right audiences.

Responsibilities include audience segmentation, content formatting, channel alignment, training and troubleshooting, plus monitoring engagement metrics to continuously improve reach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in Marketing and communications, Marketing, Communications, Digital marketing, Database administration.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Governance: Maintain audience accuracy, publishing workflows, channel organization, audience rules and standards; administer daily operations and serve as technical contact for platform vendor.
• Audience Strategy & Segmentation: Build and optimize employee audiences and targeting logic using organizational, geographic and role data.
• Internal Communications Support: Publish and distribute internal communications across channels; support campaigns, leadership communications and initiatives.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor engagement and reach; translate analytics into actionable insights to improve strategy and platform performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, Information Systems or a related field
