Carle Health is seeking a Strategic Communications Coordinator to drive enterprise employee communications via the Carle Health communications platform. You will manage governance, audience rules and publishing workflows, partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate messages reach the right audiences.

The Strategic Communications Coordinator supports enterprise communication strategies through the administration, optimization and day-to-day management of the Carle Health employee communications platform. This role plays an important part in helping communication move effectively across a large, complex and fast-moving organization and serves as both a communications and platform operations partner, helping ensure the right information reaches the right audiences at the right time through clear governance, audience strategy and effective channel management. The coordinator is responsible for building innovative solutions to communications challenges while maintaining communication audiences, supporting content publishing workflows, providing training and troubleshooting support, managing platform standards and helping improve communication reach and engagement across the enterprise. This position requires a blend of general database query logic and best practices, strategic communication skills, digital platform administration, audience segmentation logic, operational organization and data-informed decision making.
The compensation range for this position is $28.82 per hour - $49.57 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
