Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Communications Partner to lead internal communications initiatives and support the Digital and Technology Services teams, including AI and cybersecurity efforts, within the GTBS organization. You will collaborate with leaders to craft strategic plans and maintain consistent messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in communications, public relations or related field preferred.
• Experience in global communications a plus, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across regions.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong curiosity, strategy skills and ability to persuade.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-directed, action-oriented, forward-thinking and innovative with high ethical standards.
• Strong analytical skills, good judgment and strong operational focus.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic communication plans reflecting company mission, values and priorities.
• Collates and disseminates internal communications and change management content.
• Supports TechAlerts and communicates technology issues.
• Manages content for intranet, Viva Engage, digital signage and huddle guides.
• Coordinates weekly newsletters and executive events support.
• Counsels leaders on external speaking opportunities and media requests.
