You will partner with executive leaders to shape strategic plans, develop internal announcements, and manage change communications across digital channels and events.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong writing skills, and the ability to influence across regions, with a focus on engaging employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in communications or related field.
• Experience in global communications is a plus.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong curiosity, strategy skills and ability to persuade.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-directed, action-oriented and ethical.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic internal and external communications plans.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to reflect the company’s mission and priorities.
• Create internal content, change management communications and events.
• Coordinate external speaking opportunities and media requests as needed.
• Support social media and digital communications across Cardinal Health.
• Lead complex projects and mentor less experienced colleagues.
