Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into actionable plans and assignments.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and production processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Strategic Communications team.
• Translate executive direction into actionable assignments, timelines, and ownership.
• Lead team operating rhythm meetings with clear decisions and deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage internal and external inputs.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor budgets and timelines.
• Identify workflow improvements and document repeatable processes.
• Support organization-wide communications initiatives and events.
