• 5+ years of relevant experience in public relations and communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to secure meaningful media coverage in top-tier national publications.
• Experience working with or supporting executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate overarching communications strategy into actionable campaign roadmaps, editorial calendars, and quarterly plans across corporate, property, and brand-level comms.
• Propose story angles, campaign strategies, and positioning recommendations for review and approval.
• Build and maintain narrative frameworks and messaging platforms for consistent coverage.
• Monitor media landscape and competitive activity, surfacing opportunities and risks.
