Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Communications Manager 2 to guide strategy development and implementation across Aeronautics systems, Air Dominance programs. You will lead a team to craft and deploy communications across paid, owned, and earned channels. This position is based at Northrop Grumman's facility in El Segundo or Palmdale, California.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years in communications, public relations, and/or marketing, or master's with 5 years.
Experience collaborating across matrixed teams to execute campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy external-facing strategic campaigns.
Comfort with data and telling persuasive stories from disparate sources.
Strong presentation skills; experience presenting to senior leadership.
Experience in a national security environment and ability to obtain secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of direct reports and matrixed contributors to support external and internal communications.
Partner with division directors to drive workflow management and resource forecasting.
Develop and manage implementation of key communication strategies and tactics.
Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to align planning and execution.
