BaAM is seeking a Communications Manager to elevate our voice across external campaigns and internal culture. You will translate company priorities into clear messaging and lead campaign concepts in collaboration with Marketing and Strategy + Creative.

The role works with the Head of Brand & Communications, develops internal communications, policy updates, and maintains templates and knowledge libraries. It requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in sports/entertainment comms, with travel up

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, along with relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years’ communications experience in the sports and entertainment industry.

Responsabilidades

• Craft external campaigns by owning concept and messaging aligned with BaAM’s brand and marketing strategy, optimized for LLMs, audience growth and engagement.
• Contribute copy for proposals and pitches led by Head of Brand & Communications
• Partner with BaAM’s Marketing Specialist to implement campaign messaging, including channel selection, content production, measurement, reporting, and optimization
• Develop and execute internal communications (All Staff emails, Zoom channels, Staff Handbook,Position Narratives, etc.) that keep the team connected to company goals, priorities, and decisions as guided by Head of Brand & Communications
• Draft, update, and administer BaAM’s policies and staff handbook, running the review cycle and working with the Head of Brand & Communications on approvals and rollout
• Lead ongoing maintenance and updates for BaAM’s internal knowledge library of templates, guides, process documentation, and reference material, keeping it current and accessible
• Work closely with the Director of People & Culture and cross-departmental leaders to build and maintain onboarding materials, reference guides, and process documentation
• Apply the BaAM style guide across all materials and act as a steward of the brand in every internal and external interaction, while ensuring BaAM’s systems, processes, and standards are maintained in the development of all assignments and deliverables
