Job summary

The candidate will craft executive presentations, strategy summaries, talking points, and leadership communications, ensuring consistency across channels while supporting the strategic plan throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, marketing communications, strategic planning support, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing communications for employees and senior leaders.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, presentation development, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing multiple communication projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans that support business priorities and employee engagement.
• Create clear communications for employees, including announcements, newsletters, intranet content, and messaging.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on communications related to programs, culture, and change.
• Support company meetings, leadership events, and other internal forums.
• Track communication effectiveness using feedback and metrics to improve reach and impact.
