Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, or product development involving complex systems integration, autonomous systems, advanced vehicle technologies, deployable infrastructure, or related electromechanical systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical programs, including responsibility for schedules, budgets, resources, risks, customer relationships, integration, testing, and delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs from planning through integration, validation, and delivery.
• Partner with technical leads and functional managers to coordinate systems, mechanical, electrical, software, controls, procurement, and test activities.
• Lead customer and internal program reviews, communicating progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Drive cross-functional execution and timely resolution of issues while maintaining technical ownership.
• Support new and follow-on business by defining execution approaches, schedules, and costs, and transitioning work into disciplined program execution.
• Build relationships across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customers to adapt to evolving requirements.
