Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Lead Communications Specialist to support financial services and credit union member engagement. The role is hybrid in San Antonio, TX and McLean, VA, with responsibilities to develop and execute strategic communications that drive engagement and strengthen brand awareness.

You will partner with executives, manage multi-channel communications, and oversee crisis planning while mentoring the team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of corporate communications experience required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing initiatives/teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, digital content, and corporate messaging.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams for consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Lead crisis communication planning and response efforts.
• Analyze communication performance metrics and recommend engagement improvements.
• Mentor and lead communications team members and oversee content development.
