Job summary

Creek Technologies LLC is seeking a Strategic Communications Strategist to support AFWERX strategic communication initiatives and organizational priorities in Dayton, Ohio. You will develop and manage integrated communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders, translating complex objectives into clear messages and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in strategic communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing integrated communication plans, campaigns, messaging strategies, and communication products.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive strategic communication plans aligned with AFWERX objectives and leadership goals.
• Conduct research to identify target audiences, messages, channels, and engagement strategies.
• Develop integrated campaigns across traditional media, social media, websites, and internal communications.
• Prepare communication plans and deliverables for Government review and approval.
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to support AFWERX programs and initiatives.
• Serve as the Strategic Communications point of contact for assigned divisions or programs.
• Develop internal materials informing personnel about initiatives, priorities, and performance.
• Ensure communications comply with branding, messaging standards, and OPSEC requirements.
• Build relationships with government agencies and industry partners.
