Job summary

Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) seeks a Senior Strategic Communications Analyst to support the DoW CIO. You will develop messaging for CIO priorities and updates to external stakeholders, with all duties performed onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

The role requires 14+ years in strategic communications, TS/SCI clearance, and strong cybersecurity/AI understanding, plus experience briefing senior leaders. Primary work is to craft messaging and coordinate across offices.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 14+ years of strategic communications experience.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity, AI, and technology concepts into clear messaging.
• Experience briefing GO/FO/SES-level or senior DoW leaders.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with CIO/DoW goals.
• Plan, schedule, and publish digital content across platforms.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize posts.
• Collaborate with CIO offices to gather information and shape messaging.
• Draft talking points, briefings, and press releases.
• Coordinate media inquiries with DoW offices as needed.
• Accompany CIO on local speaking engagements.
