Qualifications

• Expertise advising senior military or C-suite executive-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist team leads with ensuring the Training Day begins and ends on time.
• Ensure class attendance is recorded and report unexcused absences promptly.
• Adhere to classroom instruction methods per Training Programs of Instruction (TPI).
• Manage student records and counseling within the DINFOS Management System (DMS).
• Adhere to DINFOS certification and mentoring standards for instructors.
• Coach, grade, and provide mentoring and feedback to students.
• Provide SME input to curriculum development and course redesigns.
