• 1+ years of experience distinguishing signals from noise across media, stakeholders, and program data.
• 1+ years of experience communicating clearly and summarizing complex findings.

• Define, track, and report communications metrics aligned to audience and program objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
• Monitor media, stakeholder, and communications feedback to identify trends and narrative shifts.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, program evaluation, and targeted communications research.
• Translate complex analysis into concise management insights and recommended actions.
• Document measurement frameworks, processes, assumptions, and repeatable methodologies.
• Support communications strategy, planning, content development, and continuous improvement.
