Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Communications & Engagement Specialist to support internal and external communications for a multi-billion-dollar greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing project in the United States. The role ensures consistent, accurate, and timely messaging across project teams, stakeholders, contractors, and government entities throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
3–7 years in project or corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, or PR.
Experience supporting large capital projects and public affairs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain an integrated communications and stakeholder engagement plan.
Coordinate communications through newsletters, town halls, dashboards, and digital platforms.
Prepare executive briefs, key messages, and stakeholder updates; support governance communications.
Engage local communities, government representatives, and other external stakeholders.
Plan and execute project events, milestones, site visits, and public forums.
Create high-quality content across channels including articles, presentations, and videos.
Measure engagement metrics and provide recommendations to leadership.
