  • Develop and coordinate workforce engagement programs that promote collaboration, recognition, safety culture, diversity and inclusion, team-building, and employee involvement across the project organization.
  • Partner with project leadership and functional teams to support change management initiatives by developing communication campaigns, stakeholder impact assessments, and engagement activities that facilitate adoption of project-related changes.
  • Plan and execute project events, milestone celebrations, site visits, leadership meetings, public forums, groundbreaking ceremonies, commissioning events, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality communications content across multiple channels, including articles, visual materials, presentations, videos, digital signage, intranet platforms, and social media content where appropriate.
  • Establish mechanisms to gather stakeholder feedback, measure communication effectiveness, track engagement performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to project leadership.
