Job summary

Q2IMPACT in Arlington, VA seeks a Creative Communications & Engagement Lead to champion corporate branding and DoD knowledge-management communications. You will craft compelling content, manage digital channels, and partner with technical teams to ensure messaging aligns with mission objectives.

You will advise senior leadership, develop multi-channel campaigns across email, Teams, SharePoint, and social platforms, and apply user-centered design to improve usability and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional communications experience.
• Experience developing multi-channel campaigns and messaging.
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company-wide strategic communications and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Advise senior leadership on messaging, positioning, and narrative development.
• Draft internal and external communications, including announcements and newsletters.
• Maintain and improve website for business development and market presence.
• Manage LinkedIn with content calendar, posts, engagement reporting.
• Produce content across social media, blogs, and thought leadership.
• Monitor analytics and propose data-driven improvements.
• Support DoD KM portal communications and stakeholder engagement.
