Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related field.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling communications.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic communications.
• Experience leading communications or marketing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated, company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee brand stewardship, voice, and messaging across channels.
• Lead website development and digital communications strategy.
• Manage media relations and increase industry visibility.
• Mentor and develop communications team and coordinate with external partners.
