Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 12+ years in corporate communications or related field.
• Experience creating and executing integrated communications strategies.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Experience advising executive leadership.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead company-wide communications strategy aligned with objectives.
• Strengthen reputation and market position in the AEC industry.
• Advise executive leadership and leaders across the organization.
• Oversee brand stewardship and visual identity.
• Lead website and digital channels strategy and content.
• Develop thought leadership with technical experts.
• Lead media relations and industry visibility.
• Coordinate internal and external campaigns across channels.
