Job summary

Wespath Benefits and Investments seeks a Communications Content Manager to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for internal clients. You will manage timelines, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration with design and production teams to deliver content from concept to execution.

The role requires writing for print, video, web and social media, plus strong editing and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in communications, journalism or English.
• 7 years as a communications professional in a corporate or similar environment.
• Ability to articulate the communications process from concept through production.
• Proven experience producing high-quality, integrated communications for print, video, web, social and other media.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies and tactical work plans for internal business partners (clients).
• Establish and manage project schedules and internal review processes through final approvals.
• Coordinate cross-channel execution across email, web, digital, print, presentations and other vehicles.
• Partner with design, production, and multimedia teams to deliver materials from concept to execution.
• Write, edit and review audience-focused content for campaigns, emails, landing pages and events.
• Provide content support for websites and social media aligned with brand and SEO.
• Review and edit materials for accuracy and consistency across departments.
