Job summary

Wespath Benefits and Investments seeks a Communications Content Manager to lead strategy and execution for internal clients. You will plan, write, edit, and align content across email, web, print, and events, coordinating with design and production teams to deliver campaigns from concept to completion.

You will manage project timelines in Monday.com, collaborate with IT product teams, and support external vendor communications while ensuring accuracy and timely updates for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years as a communication professional in a corporate or similar setting.
• Ability to translate concepts into production-ready content and workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, integrated communications across media.
• Strong project management skills with schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies and tactical work plans for internal clients.
• Manage project schedules and internal review processes through approvals.
• Coordinate content with design, production, and cross-functional teams.
• Create, edit, and socialise content for emails, pages, events, and collateral.
• Support web and social content with SEO-aligned, user-focused content.
