Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Consultant to design and manage client engagements, writing proposals, strategies, and memos and presenting findings to clients. You will lead engagements across multiple industries and advance toward leadership roles.

You will directly manage a small team, coordinate resources, and contribute to business development while maintaining high client service standards. The role offers a fast-paced consulting environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong academic record.
• Three to seven years' work experience in market research, communications, strategy, consulting or related services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute client engagements, including proposals, strategy and research memos, and client presentations.
• Directly manage a team of Associates and Senior Associates (1-4 staff).
• Develop, implement and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies (polls, focus groups, other).
• Manage client projects and allocate resources to meet goals and deadlines.
• Participate in management and vendor relations to drive business development.
