Significance is seeking a Strategic Communications Change Senior Manager to support an anticipated federal program. This is a hybrid position and requires an active Secret Clearance.

The Strategic Communications Change Senior Manager will apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions related to strategic communications and/or change management.

Required Skills

• At least 12 years of progressive experience supporting organizational change management, human capital development, workforce training, and/or process improvement for State and/or Federal Government agencies and/or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000 employees).
• Active Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

• Five (5) years of concurrent experience providing strategic communications support in DoW for a one‑star general or equivalent civilian, or higher grade.

$188,000 - $200,000 a year
