The Communications and Strategic Engagement team is seeking a high-performing and dedicated Strategic Communications Analyst. As the Strategic Communications Specialist, you are a self-starter who can provide communications solutions with minimal instructions and can run independently on projects. You will support a fast-moving team and senior executives, particularly on confidential content and highly strategic executive work. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex issues in clear and concise documentation, you will be required to demonstrate a strong record of client delivery and thrive in a dynamic work environment, exhibiting the ability to be flexible. The scope of this role spans across the American Nurses Enterprise, supporting executives, strategic and highly confidential content across the American Nurses Association (ANA), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and the American Nurses Foundation (ANF). The role holder must be able to write executive-level speeches. As an ideal candidate, you must be a versatile storyteller that is both strategic and creative with a strong understanding of brand voice, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and actionable messaging. You will need to be able to develop, manage and handle highly sensitive information and engage with executive officers on highly confidential topics.
