Job summary

You will partner with Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Planning, and Operations to ensure reliable supply, improve supplier performance, and deliver measurable cost savings. This role emphasizes cost improvements and supplier performance management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management within manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve sustainable cost savings.
• Experience with should-cost and total-cost-of-ownership models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine category strategies for assigned commodities, including spend analyses and should-cost models.
• Lead RFx events, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and long-term agreements.
• Identify and track hard-dollar savings, cost avoidance, and value-engineering opportunities.
